It is your responsibility as the shipper to accurately label Dangerous Goods and provide the necessary documents in accordance with laws and regulations. In addition, you must adhere to the following regulatory requirements:
- Proof of training to package Dangerous Goods; or
- Adequate supervision of such packaging from a trained individual
- Provide the Dangerous Goods vehicle placards accordingly
Without these requirements, shippers are subject to government fines and penalties in accordance with applicable laws.
